GoodDay Every One...

Last week end, I tried to made a backup for my website database.

However, I could not take the backup !

connection was being terminated while doing that .

the database is only 195 MB , not very big one.

I tried many scripts to take the backup,however, no one did OK.

MySQLDumper 1.22 complete the backup ,however, when trying to restore the database there is ENCODING problem.

MySQLDumper 1.23 complete all job i.e, backup and restore was DONE OK

Thanks for your feedback and kind words. Have fun using MySQLDumper.

Btw.: a lot of improvements "behind the scenes" are implemented in version 1.23 (not only facing encoding problems). Nevertheless there are still some more things to do before I can come up with a new version. Just stay a member of this forum and you will get a newsletter when it's done.
