With a packed 800MB file it takes too long to place the file pointer at the correct position after each page refresh. The more the file is processed, the longer it takes.
It can (and maybe will) happen that this process times out. There is nothing we can do because this happens before MySQLDumper even gets a single Byte of the backup.
That's why we always recommend to use Mulipart for bigger data files.

This option can only be used if the backup was created using MySQLDumper.
So what can you do?
You could import your backup into a locally installed web server like Xampp or Zend Server. There you have control over limits and timeouts and can configure your local server in a way it works.
Afterwards you could do a new export using MySQLDumper. While you are here you could only export those tables you want to import on your online server. But this time use the option "Multipart" and use a split size of 50MB parts. Don't worry, MySQLDumper will detect that this is a Multipart-Backup and will load all part files automatically. You only have to upload them into the folder work/backup.
Another try would be to use the converter. It splits the file automatically in 50MB parts. But the converter can't bypass the max_execution_time and so this will possibly lead to a timeout too.

As a coder it's enough to understand the english PHP function names and the documentation.
I code better than I speak.
