Now I understand why restoring your backup is so slow.
Take a look at the screenshot. For the table phpbb_topics you do have 10! (in words ten!) FULLTEXT Indexes that are exactly the same. On each entry these ten indexes will have to be rebuilt which costs time and disk space. This is totally unnecessary - one index is enough. How did you do that?
I will remove 9 of the indexes (index 2 is already removed on the screenshot).
