There is only one user and it has all the rights. If I enable the indexes again, I use the same user.

Then I run out of ideas.
While you are the only one who seems to have a problem with that, I think that there is something special in your setup which I can't examine. So you are on your own here.

Of course.
But before we can provide a solution to a problem (we ourselves don't have) we need to be able to reproduce it.
Give me a way to reproduce this and maybe I can do something. Otherwise I can't help it.
In fact I have not heard of a problem with that yet. If someone else reports the same problem and if I get an idea how to reproduce the issue, I will be able to find a solution.
