Hallo,
wenn Ich das BackUp per Perl machen möchte, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung, obwohl die Test ohne Probleme gelaufen sind:
MySQLDumper - Perl CronDump [Version 1.23]
MySQLDumper - Perl CronDump [Version 1.23] started successfully
Configurationfile 'mysqldumper.conf.php' was loaded successfully from Querystring .
Compression Library loaded successfully...
FTP Library loaded successfully...
Mail Library loading failed - Mail deactivated ...
Software error:

Database connection not made: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client at crondump.pl line 274.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.


Woran kann das liegen? Erstens der Mail Versand un 2. der Software Error

Zu Mime::lite findest Du ausführliche Erklärungen im FAQ-Bereich dieses Forums.

Zum Fehler:

Da steht die Lösung bereits. Die MySQL-Version ist neuer, als der verwendete MySQL-Client. Aktualisiere den MySQL-Client auf Deinem Server oder lasse dies von Deinem Hoster durchführen.
