I still do have problems implementing your language files. I will send you a private message. We do have a translation center where you can insert your work. I will give you an account.

Hi new,
thank you so much for your work. 
I uploaded your files to the developer repository and I will include them in the next release.
Some parts are not translated. If you have time, please take a look at our translation center again. The help page needs to be translated and please also check the parts "$lang['tools1']['ar']" at the end of the list behind "File lang list" (this is used at the installation).
You can also use the button "find blanks" which lists you all language variables that are not translated. I would be very happy if you could translate these vars too. Thank you in advance.
Using the translation center solved all our encoding problems.
Up to now MySQLDumper looks like this in arabic:

hello
I have not done, but only to amend the language files ... There are templates manuscript amendment I have not done it for fear of adversely affecting the work of the manuscript and problems to the user, especially that most of the server control in the English language .. I think that the amendment language files adequately so as not to face problems with the script used ..

Thank you to add files Arabic language version of the manuscript MySQLDumper 1.-23
